Meet Stephanie, a Prism member and volunteer who lives in Burnsville! Stephanie is a graduate of Purdue University who has had careers in electrical engineering and medical technology. She is active in the United Church of Christ and attended a weeklong organizer training in 2016, where she learned skills for being an effective community leader. Upon retiring a few months ago, Stephanie reached out to Prism in hopes of sharing her story as a trans woman with more people in the south metro. She’s looking forward to helping out at tomorrow’s listening session in Apple Valley, and then in what we do together next!
