Rally for the Minnesota Equal Rights Amendment

March 12, 2026, 10am MN State Capitol Rotunda, St. Paul

We’re watching fundamental rights unravel across the country. But here in Minnesota, we have the chance to do something powerful: protect them in the state constitution. Join us and a broad coalition of other organizations on Thursday, March 12th to rally for the Minnesota Equal Rights Amendment. The proposed MN ERA is trans inclusive, and protects the dignity and respect of all Minnesotans.

Queer and Disabled: Monthly Meetup Online

March 16, 6pm Online, via Zoom

Join us for our regular second-Mondays time (third Monday this time) of connection and community for anyone who identifies as both queer and disabled! Come to share both joys and challenges of your queer-disabled identity, to swap resources, and to connect with other queer-disabled people. This event is for anyone who self identifies as both LGBTQIA2S+ and also as disabled (i.e. anyone with physical, sensory, intellectual, or mental/psychological disabilities — including folks with chronic health issues and those who are neurodivergent!). Transgender Name Change Clinic

March 27, 2026 via Robins Kaplan

The next Trans Name Change clinic with Robins Kaplan is happening on March 27 in the afternoon. In this free brief legal advice clinic, volunteer attorneys will walk clients through the name change and/or gender marker change process and help them draft legal forms to start the process. By appointment only–scheduled for 1, 2, or 3pm. Find out more and register below!

Trans Day of Visibility – Duluth, MN

March 29, 2026, 1pm – 4pm St. Louis County Depot, Duluth

Join Prism Organizing Network, other community organizations, and Northern Minnesota neighbors as we celebrate trans, nonbinary, two spirit and gender expansive folks at Trans Day of Visibility! There will be food, music, vendors, kids activities, and a sensory spot.

Trans Day of Visibility – South Central Minnesota

March 31, 2026, 4pm – 8pm St. Peter Community Center and First Lutheran Church, St. Peter

In South Central Minnesota, join trans, queer, and allied neighbors for several events in St. Peter on the afternoon and evening of Tuesday, March 31st. From 4 to 6 p.m., the community gathers at the St. Peter Community Center for an activity fair, games, supporter-organization tabling, and contacting legislators about the importance of protecting trans Minnesotans. From 6–8 p.m., you’re invited to a catered dinner, speaker, and further community-building at First Lutheran Church. Note that while this event is happening at a church, people of all backgrounds and identities are welcome just as you are. Trans Day of Visibility – East Metro, MN

March 31, 2026, 4:30 – 7:30PM Hwy 61 Pedestrian Bridge and The Grove Methodist Church

In the East Metro, join trans, queer, and allied neighbors for a two-part event on Tuesday, March 31st. We will gather at 4:30pm at the Hwy 61 Pedestrian Bridge in Newport to rally and show our support for Trans Day of Visibility. At 6PM following the rally we will meet at The Grove United Methodist Church for a time of community, a shared meal, and to work on and contacting legislators about the importance of supporting trans Minnesotans. March 31, 2026, 6pm – 8pm Mary Ann Young Center (Room: Tom Ryan B)

In the North Metro, join trans, queer, and allied neighbors at the Mary Ann Young Center in Blaine from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 31st. If you can, bring a dish to share for the potluck (and a list of ingredients) starting at 6:15. Plan to stay for activities and mixers beginning at 7pm. We’ll also have a photo booth, create affirming artwork, and contact legislators about the importance of supporting trans Minnesotans. Trans Day of Visibility – South Metro, MN

March 31, 2026, 6pm – 8:30pm Apple Valley Community of Christ

In the South Metro, join trans, queer, and allied neighbors at Apple Valley Community of Christ from 6:00 to 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 31st. Together we’ll enjoy live music from trans musician Mikko at 6:30 p.m., followed by show tunes at 7:30 p.m. from Jen Burleigh-Bentz and pianist David Lohman. Elsewhere in the building, enjoy delicious homemade food, play games, create affirming artwork, and contact legislators about the importance of supporting transgender Minnesotans. In the West Metro, join trans, queer, and allied neighbors in the Blackbox Theatre at the Plymouth Community Center from 6:30–8:00 PM on Tuesday, March 31st. Together we’ll gather for simple refreshments and a powerful community experience, learning from a panel presentation by “Mama Bear” parents of trans folks. We’ll also take action by creating affirming artwork and contacting legislators about the importance of supporting trans Minnesotans.
